Going back to basics

It is time to make some changes to the Natural Images website, and to the way you hear about what’s happening.

Instead of the almost-monthly e-newsletter announcing the latest blog posts, you will in future receive a simple emailed link when there is new content to view.

Over the past three years, the blog has strayed from being a site for people interested in birds and wildlife photography, into something of a personal crusade against those who would do nature and the environment harm.

Not only is that work time-consuming, it is also a departure from why Natural Images was created: to share good pictures and their back stories from the natural world.

So, from here on the pictures will do most of the talking – which will also give me more time to get stuck into a major writing project I’ve been talking about for years.

Meantime, please check out the latest bumper batch of eclectic posts.
